Ultimatums.

I don't like them. I don't like anything about them. I don't live giving them, and I most certainly do not like receiving them. Never once have I had even a remotely good, even "okay", experience with them. Not any of the ones that I have received or the couple that I have given turned out well, and I honestly believe that I made the wrong decision in every single one of those cases. I don't like them.
So, why am I telling you this? Because I know, I know that they are not fair, and I am truly sorry for that. And I am not going to make you choose anytime soon, but eventually, eventually, if things "work out", then you will have to choose one or the other.

Scratch That.

I'm too young to be this disheartened when my plans completely fall through. It never seems to fail though, I can plan a whole day (okay, a handful of hours in my evening), it will go wonderfully in my mind, and then when the time comes... *plunk* Nope, not gonna happen that way. Not even a little. - -Is that fair? Now I realize that plans change sometimes, possibly even the better half of the time, but... C'mon... It's two weeks until my birthday... Shouldn't I get a little leeway with this?

Dreams.

I remember when I was younger, not so long ago, when I would have marvelous dreams with friends, family, people from school, and later even work, that when I awoke, I would think Wow, that was wonderful . And I would think, just for a moment, that maybe, maybe those people who were in my dream were having the same dream. The more I thought about it though, the more I realized that the thought was rather ridiculous. Impossible. I'm sure in mythology there was some god that would look over your dreams, but I don't think he has much time to roam around Joliet to pick up the same people for his ride. And the sandman? Well, he's busy 24/7, and I don't think he's that picky about the sand he uses for each individual. It's been a while since I've had one of those thoughts after a dream.
