Blank Sheet of Paper

She dreamt of him    only when it was least convenient. 

There were times she wished he knew her food habits.    Other times she was grateful to not have to answer the questions. 

She smiled.    "You are always a good story to tell."

She held her head up high,    and braved the storm. 

 We all wanna be the hero;    some are better villains.

He laughed.      "Old habits die hard?          Old love is worse."
